Welcome to Cartrite Holdings Limited (“Cartrite”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Zambia to use our services.
By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To purchase products, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate personal information (name, email, contact number, and password).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Notify Cartrite immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products & Availability

All products displayed are subject to availability.
Prices, specifications, and stock levels may change without prior notice .
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise .
We accept payments via approved methods displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, mobile money, bank transfer, or approved EMI partners) .
Orders are processed only after full or approved partial payment is received .
Cartrite is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways .

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order confirmation email/SMS constitutes acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance of the order.
Cartrite reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information .
If an order is canceled after payment, any funds received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy .

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines and fees are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on location .
Risk of loss and ownership of the product pass to you upon delivery to the specified address .

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds will be processed in line with the Consumer Protection Act of Zambia and our Returns Policy, available on the Platform .
Items must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase, within the time period specified in the Returns Policy .

8. Warranty

Some products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be specified on the product page .
Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or as instructed by Cartrite .

9. Use of the Platform

You agree not to engage in fraudulent transactions or unauthorized access to the Platform .
You agree not to upload viruses, malware, or harmful code .
You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission .
Cartrite may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these T&C .

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including trademarks, logos, product images, and text, are owned by or licensed to Cartrite and protected by Zambian copyright and trademark laws .
You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent .

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process your personal information in compliance with the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 .

12. Third-Party Services

Cartrite may provide links to third-party websites or integrate services (e.g., payment processors) .
You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent .

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, Cartrite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform .
Our liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service in question .

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Cartrite harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform .

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia .
Our liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service in question .

16. Changes to Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, Cartrite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform .
