Returns Policy – How to Ensure a Smooth Return

The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
All original tags, labels, and seals must be intact.
The item must not be worn or used beyond basic trial. Trying the product is acceptable; usage is not.
All accessories, manuals, and parts originally included with the product must be returned.
The return request must be made within the specified return period.
The product must not be listed as a non-returnable item.

Items that do not meet the above conditions may be declined or returned back to the customer.
